1. What are your hospital hours?
• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

2. Do I need an appointment?
Yes! Appointments help us give every pet the attention they deserve. We also accommodate same-day appointments for urgent concerns whenever possible. You can schedule online or call/text us at 508-217-6021.
3. Do you accept walk-ins or emergencies?
We can accommodate walk-ins and emergencies whenever possible; however, please note that we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital. For cases where we feel your pet requires urgent or specialized care beyond our capabilities, we may refer you to a nearby 24-hour veterinary facility. Calling ahead is recommended so we can be prepared and provide the best care for your pet.
4. What types of pets do you treat?
We provide comprehensive care for dogs and cats. For other pets, please call us to confirm if we can assist or refer you to a trusted specialist.

We offer a full range of veterinary care, including:

6. How often should my pet have a checkup?
We recommend annual exams for most pets. Puppies, kittens, and senior pets may need more frequent visits to monitor growth and health. Regular checkups help detect problems early and keep your pet healthy.
7. What vaccines does my pet need?
Core vaccines protect against serious illnesses such as rabies, distemper, parvovirus, Leptospirosis, Lyme and feline leukemia. Our veterinarians will create a customized vaccine schedule based on your pet’s age, lifestyle, and health risks.
8. Do you offer dental care?
Yes! Dental health is vital for your pet’s overall well-being. We provide dental exams, professional cleanings, and treatment for dental disease. Our team will also guide you on at-home dental care.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We also work with CareCredit for flexible payment options. Full payment is due at the time of service.
10. Do you work with pet insurance?
Yes! We accept most major pet insurance providers. You pay for services at the clinic, and we provide documentation to help you file a claim for reimbursement.
We also accept Pet Assure Network members and provide a discount on our services for them.
11. When should I spay or neuter my pet?
Most pets are spayed or neutered between 6-7 months old. Our veterinarians will help you decide the best timing based on your pet’s breed and health.
12. What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Bring your pet’s medical and vaccination records, any medications they are taking, and a stool sample if possible. For safety, keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier.
13. Do you offer microchipping?
Yes! Microchipping is a safe and permanent way to help reunite you with your pet if they get lost. It’s quick, painless, and can be done during any visit.
14. What should I do if my pet is having an emergency?
If your pet is experiencing trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, repeated vomiting, or sudden severe symptoms, please call us immediately at 508-217-6021. 15. Can I get medications or pet food from your hospital?
Absolutely! We have an in-clinic pharmacy and online store for prescription medications, preventatives, and diets. This ensures your pet gets safe, veterinarian-approved products conveniently.
